Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide with love and care from our small workshop in Colombia.
How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Most handmade items take 3 to 6 business days to create, But if they are custom families, the creation process takes approximately two weeks. Shipping times vary by destination.
Can I customize a figure to look like my family?
Absolutely! We love creating personalized dolls —You just need to select the custom family option in the shop and send us photos of your family, wearing the clothes you want them to have on the peg dolls, to our email
Are your toys safe for young children?
Yes, our toys are designed with young children in mind. Each piece is made slowly and carefully, using solid wood and hand-painted details. While some are painted with acrylics, we always prioritize quality, intention, and a thoughtful process in every creation.
Our toys are not only made to be beautiful and meaningful — they are also made to last and to invite calm, open-ended play. We do recommend gentle handling, especially for very small children, as each piece is handmade with care.

What materials do you use?
We use sustainable wood, acrylic paints, and finish each piece by hand with care.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Yes! We offer gift packaging and can include a handwritten note — just let us know at checkout.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns within 10 days for unused, non-custom items. Personalized items are final sale.
Where are the toys made?
All of our toys are made in Medellín, Colombia. Each wooden piece is carefully crafted in a small carpentry workshop, and then hand-painted by me, Carolina, in my home studio.
Every step — from cutting the wood to adding the final brushstroke — is done with calm, intention, and a lot of love. It’s a slow and meaningful process that makes each toy truly unique.

Are nativity sets available for purchase outside the Christmas season?
Yes! Our nativity sets are available year-round. Many families choose to order them in advance as meaningful gifts or to be ready for the holiday season. Since each piece is handmade with care, ordering early also ensures enough time for production and personalization.
